Intake and Referral

ANR’s Intake Coordinators can serve as the point of contact for all referrals made for ID/ASD waiver services, facilitating documentation retrieval, and program eligibility determinations.

Waiver Enrollments

ANR’s Intake Coordinators facilitate waiver enrollments by ensuring that all individuals in the queue have the appropriate eligibility documentation. ANR can work with Supports Coordination Organizations to ensure that each waiver application is complete and satisfactory prior to enrollment.

Instant Access

Through the use of the E-System, all referrals and completed intakes are maintained in a secure, HIPAA compliant web-based system. Organizations have 24/7 instant access to cases and can review referral progress.

Our Support

The ANR team provides support to Administrative Entities prior to intakes being completed. Additionally, ANR can provide program oversight by management staff who are trained and experienced in HCBS Waiver Services, policy implementation and facilitation, and ODP regulations.

Annual Reevaluations

ANR will ensure that all Waiver recertifications are completed per ODP regulations.
