Goal

The Goal of the Family Liaison is to gather and share resources and information with the individuals and families that we serve and to assist with the facilitation of support groups , county wide newsletters, and activities promoting community participation.

Belief

Our core belief is that all people and their families should be able to live, love, work, play, and pursue their dreams and aspirations in their communities.

Framework

The Family Liaison uses the Life Course Framework to assist individuals and their families in developing a "Vision of a Good Life."
