Who is ANR Transport?

ANR Transport provides private contracts for specialized transportation needs. We are an approved transportation provider for Community HealthChoices (CHC), human services agencies, base and waiver individuals, education programs, employment services, veterans programs, library systems, and transportation carrier of goods (non-hazardous materials).

ANR Transport has been granted authority by the Public Utility Commission to transport persons between all points in the 67 counties across Pennsylvania. Regulated by PUC approved tariff rate.

ANR Transport Mission and Purpose

ANR Transport started in April 2008 managing transportation programs, simultaneously identifying gaps in public transportation. We are a transportation management company; contracting with providers, employers, and agencies to service their unique transportation needs.

Since then, ANR Transportation now has base locations in the Butler, Cranberry Township, McKees Rocks, Blair County, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, Franklin, Fulton and Beaver areas. ANR Transport has been granted Public Utilities Commission operating authority for all counties in Pennsylvania. We fully abide by the FTA Drug & Alcohol regulations.

We believe in quality at ANR Transport. All drivers are mental health first-aid trained and certified in CPR/first aid, blood spill pathogens, wheelchair securement, and Ultimate Defense Driving.

  • ANR Vehicles

    ANR vehicles are all less than 5 years old and are equipped with the TeMada Camera and GPS System to allow for real-time tracking of trips. All Vehicles are equipped with electronic tablets and cell phones for safety and security.

  • Call Center

    All calls are answered by live, Pennsylvania-based operators. The ANR Call Center is equipped with call recording capabilities and continually reviews call volumes, times of day, and length of calls to analyze call patterns and adjust staffing.

  • Scheduling

    ANR utilizes Ecolane for paperless and efficient trip scheduling. Technology provides real-time documentation of trip length, arrivals and departure times, so supervisors can ensure all scheduled trips on on-time and completed.

  • Customer Service

    Through Interactive Voice Response (IVR), ANR provides automated phone calls to riders to confirm pick-up times and 10 minutes prior to pick-up. Satisfaction Surveys completed on a weekly basis, with a 99% approval rating.
