    Come join our team as an Audit Specialist at Alliance for Nonprofit Resources! The primary responsibilities of the Audit Specialist are to evaluate programs using standard audit tools, effectively communicate evaluation results to Directors/Managers, and to complete billing/fiscal duties such as processing accounts payable, reconciling accounts, and issuing checks. The Audit Specialist must function independently and provide an objective analysis in regard to all reviews and evaluations.

    Essential Functions:

    • Perform program-specific reviews and audits.

    • Help to develop tracking tools and monitoring documents for programs.

    • Communicate results of reviews with management.

    • Attend Quality Improvement and Compliance Meetings.

    • Maintain schedules of compliance-related due dates.

    • Complete MA program applications and revalidation tracking.

    • Assist in reconciliation of claims and ensure monthly invoices are sent.

    • Ensure compliance with polices and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

    • Process accounts payable and issue checks periodically or when necessary.

  • Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) is currently seeking a professional and self-motivated BART Transportation Driver in Butler County.

    The essential functions of the job are:

    • Responsible for transporting passengers on vehicles in a safe, reliable, courteous, and on-time manner to and from designated pick-up points as specified in the daily log.

    • Provide assistance to riders during boarding and disembarking from the vehicle as required.

    • Ensure that all data items are completed on the daily logs in an accurate and neat manner and on other forms as required.

    • Observe all PA traffic laws, including those related to the UDD Training.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    The positions we have open are for one full-time position and one part-time position. Full-time staff must be available for all shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 5:00AM - 10:00PM, and Saturday between 5:00AM - 1:00PM (hours and shifts may vary for part-time drivers). Part-time employees must work a minimum of 30 hours/per week and max is anything under 40 hours/per week. $15.00/hr.

    The essential functions of the job are:

    • Gather, assemble, tabulate, check and file budgetary and other financial data.

    • Post financial activity to spread sheets for analysis and control.

    • Check invoices, maintain financial and statistical records and compile reports.

    Provide a wide variety of support to the Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) Drivers and daily operations of the transportation programs.

    Essential Functions:

    • Actively communicates with drivers and passengers (cancels, no-shows, transfers, inclement weather, accidents, other).

    • Actively monitoring vehicles.

    • Assists as needed with daily parameters in scheduling software (number of routes, number of vehicles required, number of drivers assigned) to successfully complete daily operations.

    • Contributes toward operational efficiencies.

    • Supports Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) Transport in daily operations (BART Drivers, 5:00AM-6:00AM, Monday-Friday and as needed).

    • Reconcile co-pays daily.

    • Complete Manifest Edits daily until Ecolane is implemented.

    • Track/mail Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) Transport Sanctions (safety, threats, distractions).

    • Able to work independently and well organized.

    • Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency.

    • Tuesday and Wednesday 1:00PM-9:00PM

    • Thursday and Friday 12:00PM-9:00PM

    Qualifications:

    Position Summary:

    An Allegheny County Human Service agency (agency) is seeking a person of experience, integrity and good judgment to fill the position of Director of Children Youth and Families (CYF). This Director is responsible for increasing children’s safety and wellbeing in a county of 230,000 children by leading and collaborating with other partners in child welfare, including Courts, schools, and community agencies.

    The agency is solid and has shown willingness to make large-scale changes when needed. The agency is seeking a Director to further solidify quality practice and chart the course for the next decade of system improvements.

    This position reports to the Director of Human Services and is a member of the nine-person executive team. The incumbent will oversee several direct staff, including three Assistant Directors and 540 indirect-report staff. Compensation is in the $140,000 - $150,000 range.
