The program provides focused attention on key compliance issues for nonprofits, plus practical walk-throughs and an interactive opportunity to discuss key forms and governing documents.
This program will cover:
- Legal Compliance – tools for an internal review on major areas of compliance at no cost other than staff and board time;
- The Fundraising Solicitation and Acknowledgement Checklist – reviews the required legal and regulatory disclosures;
- The Annual Checklist to promote the board education in fulfilling their major fiduciary responsibilities on an annual basis;
- The Form 990 Public Relations Checklist– puts focus on areas that need to be disclosed to the public that involve legal compliance.

Workshop and Series Cost:
The registration fee for this workshop is $35 which includes the training session, all materials, a light breakfast, and the opportunity to network with other nonprofit professionals. Each additional attendee from the same organization is only $30.
Registration begins at 8:15am and the workshop begins at 8:45am.
Pre-registration is necessary to ensure adequate materials are available and certificates are prepared.
